How is the AMRA MRI different than typical MRIs?
Traditionally, an MRI exam takes 45 minutes to one hour. We work on the philosophy that a MRI body composition scan would be a rapid scan – no more than 10 minutes. That's a major advantage of our technology – that it has extremely good performance, while enabling a rapid scan. It is typically a time-consuming task for a radiologist to outline the image in different regions. We reduce the manual effort needed to extract the measures and therefore make the technique much more accessible.
